Nightbirde Foundation Promotes the Night of Magic and Hope Fundraiser
Learn how we designed a direct mail postcard and community flyer campaign to promote the Nightbirde Foundation's Gift of Hope fundraiser event — reaching their donor base and driving local community awareness.
The Challenge
The Nightbirde Foundation's Gift of Hope Project was hosting the Night of Magic and Hope — a fundraiser event at Cornerstone Chapel of Lincoln County, featuring Dustin as the headline entertainment. The foundation needed compelling, on-brand print materials to promote the event to two distinct audiences: their existing donor base via direct mail, and the broader local community via flyer distribution.
Every design decision needed to honor Jane's legacy and reflect the warmth, hope, and mission of the foundation.
The Tools
Adobe Illustrator
The Process
We designed two distinct print pieces, each serving a different role in the campaign.
The postcard was designed as a two-sided direct mail piece sized for mailing — featuring the event details, the Gift of Hope Box promotion, and the Nightbirde Foundation branding. These were mailed directly to the foundation's donor base to drive awareness and attendance among their most engaged supporters.
The flyer was designed to feature Dustin and Jane prominently, incorporating the AGT look and feel to leverage recognition. It highlighted Dustin as the featured entertainment and the Nightbirde Foundation as the beneficiary — designed to be hung locally and distributed in the community to reach a broader audience beyond the existing donor base.
Both pieces were designed in Adobe Illustrator and delivered print-ready for production.
The Results
The campaign gave the Nightbirde Foundation professional, emotionally resonant print materials to promote the Night of Magic and Hope across two distinct channels — direct mail and local community distribution — helping drive awareness and attendance for their fundraiser.
Two-sided postcard mailed directly to the foundation's donor base
Event flyer featuring Dustin and Jane distributed locally and hung in the community
Print-ready files delivered in Adobe Illustrator for production
Cohesive visual identity across both pieces reflecting the foundation's mission
